As you enter you will find yourself in a modernly furnished living and dining area, which glass patio doors will lead you to terrace where al fresco dining can be enjoyed whilst admiring the mesmerizing views of the views, garden and pool. Apart of the fully equipped modern kitchen, the guest toilet is located on this floor.
When reaching the ground floor level via the stairs there are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with king size bed, en-suite and view of the Mediterranean Sea. Completing the bedrooms on the ground floor another twin bedroom with 2 big single beds and another bathroom. All bedrooms have a sea view.
The outside area can be accessed from the ground floor where you will find the spacious backyard garden area furnished with sunbeds and the private swimming pool.
Air conditioning is available throughout the villa. The villa offers private covered 2 cars parking. A high chair and baby cot are available on request. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances. There is an electric stove, kettle, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave. All bedding and towels included. There is free Wi-Fi in the property. Hairdryer, iron, ironing board. Hot/cold water. Villa is located in Lempa near Emba Village. Emba Village is a traditional Cypriot village with a small selection of Tavernas and shops and a beautiful 12th century church. A large supermarket and further restaurants and shops are a 5 minute drive away while the villa is a 10 minute drive away from Paphos with its lively harbour and many cafés and restaurants serving excellent local dishes in a beautiful setting.
